At Columbia River Natural Medicine, we take the time to listen. New patient visits are approximately 90 minutes and follow-up visits are approximately 30 minutes for naturopathic or acupuncture only, or up to 60 minutes for naturopathic and acupuncture. Due to billing restrictions, for United Health Care, Providence, and Heraya/CHP (kaiser) new patient appointments will include a 60 minutes initial intake, with a 30 minute follow up scheduled within 1-2 weeks for treatment planning. Please fill out the New Patient Paperwork prior to your visit. Bring any supplements or medications you are currently taking with you to your initial appointment. For pediatric visits, please fill out the New Patient Pediatric Paperwork.

Insurances: Dr. Sorber is credentialing with multiple insurance companies. She is currently credentialed with Aetna, Axis, Blue Cross (Regence), Cigna, Heraya/CHP, First Choice, Healthnet, Moda, Pacific Source, Providence, and United Health Care. Dr. Ptak is currently credentialing with insurances, with plans to become credentialed with most, if not all of the same insurances. Dr. Ptak will be billing for all listed insurance except United Healthcare for naturopathic services. Credentialing is still in process for Acupuncutre – check back for updates. If you would still like to schedule with Dr. Ptak for acupuncture, you may do so at our self pay rates.
